Carbon Free Shipping
  • Please allow 48 hours for shipment to be processed.
  • Our standard shipping methods include UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box via UPS.
  • Purchases that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the most economical method.
  • Deliveries may require a signature.
  • No deliveries on weekends or holidays.
  • We Use Recycled Packaging. In keeping with our mission to offset our carbon footprint, we reuse boxes and packing materials as often as possible. So please understand if the boxes aren't in perfect condition.
Returns
  • Satisfaction Guaranteed

    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from lifeelements.com, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

    We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured mail for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.

    If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-634-1158, or 805-462-2215. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and we will replace it free of charge.

    We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in partnered retail stores may not be returned to lifeelements.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through lifeelements.com, please return to the place of purchase.
